Frelumo provides educational self-care exercises, guided activity prompts, on-device reflection tools and access to a 30-day action plan. It is a website, not a downloadable mobile application or clinical mental-health service.
Who may use the service
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Each account is for individual use. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass access controls.
Price and access
Full access is advertised at US $49, charged once in USD. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring membership charges. Access is provided for as long as Frelumo operates the product, subject to lawful changes and these terms; perpetual service operation is not guaranteed.
Results are not guaranteed
People experience stress, fear and low mood differently. Frelumo cannot promise relief, recovery or any specific outcome. Individual activities may be ineffective or unsuitable for some users. Stop an exercise if it causes discomfort.
Payments and refunds
Payment availability, supported methods, fees and transaction records are handled by the configured payment provider. Refund policy details and mandatory consumer cancellation rights in the US and UK must be finalized and clearly displayed before checkout goes live. Contact support for a purchase issue or statutory refund request.
Content and availability
Frelumo may update articles, correct errors, add or retire features and suspend access for maintenance or misuse. We will communicate material access changes when feasible.
Account and data
Your login is secured by your password. Your journal and mood history are browser-local rather than cloud-synced. Daily plan completion is stored in your account on our server. You can delete your account using account settings and clear local data from your dashboard.
